Venue Packages

The Council will be discontinuing venue rentals for events occurring after 12/31/17.

Weekday Packages
Monday – Thursday

Great Hall Package
$300 During Office Hours
for up to 120 people

Use the Great Hall and all surrounding rooms for up to 4 hours. Includes use of a catering kitchen, The Board Room, The Library, The Atrium, private courtyard, set up/take down of up to 15 tables with 120 chairs, and clean up.

Atrium Package
$200 During Office Hours, $300 evening
for up to 48 people

Use The Atrium, The Library, and The Private Courtyard for up to 4 hours. Includes catering kitchen, set up/take down of up to 6 tables with 48 chairs and clean up.

Board Room Package
$150 During Office Hours
for 20-30 people

Use of The Boardroom with executive chairs for up to 3 hours. Includes, catering kitchen, and clean up.

 

 

Weekend Packages
Friday – Sunday

Deluxe Wedding Package
$1200
Up to 120 people

Use of The Great Hall, The Atrium, The Library, The Board Room and The Private Courtyard for up to 10 hours. Includes use of a catering kitchen, extra day for rehearsal practice and decorating, set up/take down of up to 15 round tables and 120 upholstered chairs, use of simple lighted arch and plants if desired, and clean up after your event. Does not include a dance floor.

Great Hall Package

Use The Great Hall, The Atrium, The Library, The Board Room and The Private Courtyard for up to 8 hours. Includes a catering kitchen, set up/take down of up to 15 tables with 120 chairs and clean up.

Intimate Great Hall Package
$600
up to 72 people

Use The Great Hall, The Atrium, The Library, The Board Room and The Private Courtyard for up to 6 hours. Includes a catering kitchen, set up/take down of up to 9 tables with 72 chairs and clean up.

Special Atrium Package
$400
up to 48 people

Use of The Atrium, The Library, The Board Room, and The Private Courtyard for up to 5 hours. Includes a catering kitchen, set up/take down of up to 6 tables with 48 chairs and clean up.

 Additional fee options:

  • $25 per hour to extend time on any package.
  • $50 for Tech package includes podium w/microphone, cordless microphone, projector, WiFi, CD player.
  • $25 per hour for security guard required for keg/liquor bar.
